Roles & Responsibility

– Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using TestComplete with Python and Visual Basic.
– Build and maintain robust test automation frameworks for functional and regression testing.

– Utilize TestComplete to create and maintain UI and functional tests across web and desktop applications.

– Identify, log, and track software defects using bug tracking tools and follow through to resolution.

– Work in an Agile/Scrum environment, integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous        testing.
– Perform performance testing using TestComplete and analyze the results to ensure software performance under load conditions.

Skills & Experience

– 3-5 years of experience in software testing with a focus on test automation.
– Hands-on experience with TestComplete for automating tests across web, desktop, and mobile applications.
– Strong proficiency in Python and Visual Basic for scripting within TestComplete.

– Solid understanding of the SDLC and Agile methodologies.

– Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.

Nice to Have

Experience with performance testing and tools like JMeter,LoadRunner, or TestComplete’s performance testing capabilities.
– Knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Bamboo to integrate automated tests.
– Experience with SQL for database testing.
– Familiarity with Selenium, Appium, or other automation tools is a plus.
– Ability to script in additional languages like JavaScript or C#.
