The NSP Town Hall Meeting on 31st May at NSP Square was a key event celebrating achievements, sharing strategic insights, and fostering collaboration. This annual gathering promotes transparency, unity, and outlines our vision for the future.
Agenda
The meeting was meticulously planned with an agenda that set the tone, showcasing the thoughtfulness and preparation that are hallmarks of NSP’s work culture.
Mr. Manoj thanked NSPians for their dedication, highlighting our mission as a trusted software company. He emphasized strategic partnerships and product successes like Akiya and IoT solutions.
Mr. Manoj noted the significant success of our educational ERPs, School360 and College360plus. He shared positive financial health, with net liability nearly zero, and celebrated the opening of our Sirsi office. Looking ahead, he discussed 2024-25 goals, focusing on project-centric approaches, GenAI ventures, CMM certification, and the patent application process. He urged NSPians to add a “wow” factor to their work.

Biometric Solutions:
Mr. Arnob Ghoshal highlighted significant achievements, including major projects, overcoming challenges, securing repeat orders, and forming strategic partnerships. Looking ahead, the focus will be on enhancing team skills and expanding into new accounts.
Industrial Automation:
Mr. Rajesh Ramaswamy highlighted key achievements in energy sector projects, IoT Edge device innovations, and client successes. Future plans include improving IoT Edge processes, enhancing reporting capabilities, and developing team skills.
PES and AI/ML:

Digital Crew:
Madhumitha showcased the rapid redesign of the NSP website and UX improvements that led to higher engagement. Future plans involve expanding UI/UX services, advancing skills in cutting-edge design technologies, and growing the team with new expertise.
IT Infrastructure:
Mr. Vinoth Kumar shared successes in managing NSP’s IT infrastructure, including system upgrades and future plans for cloud services and partnerships. The future vision includes adopting a sales-centric approach, focusing on government tenders, developing NSP Akiya products, and becoming a one-stop IT solutions provider.
Quality Assurance:
Kshitija Vyapari emphasized the importance of QA, introducing the QA Center of Excellence and automation frameworks. Future plans include enhancing AI/ML testing, enforcing QA metrics organization-wide, building a robust QA automation team, and conducting quarterly audits.
Software Products:
Charles Anderson discussed features and achievements of Assisto, Hire Assisto, School360, and Campus360plus, including their successful cloud migration. Future plans involve integrating dashboarding solutions, completing patent filings, launching pilots, and devising market strategies.
Technology Excellence Group:
Mr. Ramachandra Joshi introduced TEG’s R&D activities, technical support, and knowledge-sharing initiatives. Future plans include standardizing app development architecture, enforcing best practices, and continuing R&D activities.
Digital Marketing:
Ms. Neha Javed briefed on efforts to increase brand awareness through SEO and promotional strategies and outlined plans to adopt influencer marketing and enhance website visibility by 50% in the future.
Sales:
Mr. Suresh highlighted a six-pronged sales strategy, new client acquisitions, and promising Akiya sales. Future plans include doubling the client base, boosting revenue by 50%, increasing IIoT deployments, and adding 100 institutions to the Edutech portfolio.
HR:
Ms. Swati Priya noted achievements including low attrition rates, new employee onboarding, HR policy improvements, and EDI initiatives. Future plans involve expanding to 150 employees, enhancing engagement with wellness programs, streamlining processes, and increasing training opportunities. NSP Edu aims for better branding and marketing through tie-ups.
