NSP expands footprint in Bangalore with new corporate office 

Bangalore, March 2023 — We at NSP, a dynamic leader in Software Services and Solutions, is excited to announce a major milestone in our growth journey by inaugurating a new state-of-the-art corporate office further expanding our footprint in Bangalore 

NSP inaugurated a new Corporate office and expanded it’s R&D and engineering facility, which will be known as NSP Square. This state-of-the-art facility is one of NSP’s and serves as the backbone for technology developments to accelerate digital transformation & innovation. 

The grand opening took place and marked an exciting chapter for us as we continue to grow and expand our operations.

We the NSP team commemorated the grand opening of our new state-of-the-art corporate office, signifying a major milestone in the company’s growth and expansion. With this new workplace, the company aims to deliver cutting-edge Digital Transformation Solutions for seamless customer experiences.

Our journey began in 2017 with a five-member team working out of a small office in BTM Residency Phase 2, Akshaya Nagar, Bangalore, India, with a vision to provide innovative and cost-effective solutions to customers.

The opening ceremony was a proud moment for everyone, with a decked-up office welcoming NSPians in all their traditional finery. The day began with a pooja and prasad distribution, followed by an emotional moment when the founders, Ms. Swati Priya and Mr. Manoj Kumar, cut the ribbon and lit the lamp to officially open the new office.

During the founder’s speech he addresses his gratitude to his team, customers who trusted our abilities to transform their businesses and a firm support from the Partners for all these years.

During the ceremony, the founders and other team members shared their journey, struggles, and achievements, thanking everyone for their contributions. The celebration continued with a sumptuous lunch, and in the evening, the office was transformed with muted lighting and a welcoming dance floor, allowing NSPians to let their hair down and enjoy the festivities.

The new corporate office symbolizes our commitment to innovation and growth and look forward to leveraging this new workspace to deliver exceptional solutions to our customers.

Here is a glimpse of our new office, which motivates us to give our best from wide spaces, sustainable and eco-friendly architecture, and reflection of our values and beliefs, and above all at a great location.

Let me walk you through our new office aptly called, “Green NSP Office” where we’ve brought nature into our work premises.

The new office is a 4-story corner building nestling amidst nature just a Kilometer away from the lush IIM Bannerghatta campus. The facility is complete with spacious offices and amenities with adequate basement parking capacity.

As you can see whether you are enjoying a hot cuppa at the terrace garden canteen, or seated in the waiting area, or attending a meeting in the conference room, you are connected with the beautiful landscape all around you and can feel the natural sunlight spilling into your space from all sides with the rich bountiful nature a feast to your eyes.

Let me introduce you to the facilities at our office.

1 Green office spaces – This workplaces prioritize sustainability and environmental responsibility  by reducing the carbon footprint, minimizing waste, and promoting eco-friendly practices. It incorporates energy-efficient lighting and appliances, implementation of recycling programs, biophilic design elements, and encourage employees to commute sustainably.

2 Security – Our office security involves door access systems which use biometric data such as fingerprints, facial recognition, or iris scans to grant or deny access to employees.

3 Collaboration corner – Strategically positioned spaces that don’t just have to be about work, but also place that fosters creativity and relaxation, nothing stops you from indulging in fun activities or reading.

4 Pod room – A private place for phone calls and Skype meetings.

5 Interactive AV rooms – Interactive Audio-Visual facility provides the tools and ambiance which empower one to be seen and heard, while one interacts and collaborates with one another exceptionally well.

6 Discussion corner- Smaller meeting rooms on each floor that sits 2-4 people and are convenient for brainstorming sessions, discussions, and decision-making.

7 Just 60 minutes – Huge well-equipped conference room that can easily accommodate 30 people and can cater to larger group meetings.

8 Wall of Fame – NSP’s Wall of Fame celebrates Star Employees and Teams who have contributed to the success of a project.

9 Lounge – An office lounge area is not just a space for welcoming clients but also allows “recharging” oneself.

10 Wellness room – A quiet place for reflection and a chance to get away from the hustle and bustle of work to beat the stress. You are welcome to also use it to meditate, pray, or just sit and relax with a book or music.
